About the role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, helping them navigate our products and services, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues;
- Thoroughly understand our products and services to provide knowledgeable and comprehensive support to clients;
- Identify and escalate critical customer issues to the appropriate internal teams, following up to ensure timely resolution;
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, capturing all relevant information for future reference;
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to share customer feedback and insights, contributing to product improvements and customer satisfaction;
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technology or software company;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with customers and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;
- Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset, with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing platforms;
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.
